DESCRIPTION:The annual Tannersville Halloween Parade begins at 1pm with lin
 e up taking place at the traffic light. All ages are invited to participat
 e and show off their Halloween costumes!\n\nTrick or Treating at local bus
 inesses will directly follow the parade and festivities. Awards for Scare
 crow Contest will be decided at 2pm at Maggie's Krooked Cafe following the
