 reement by and between the Town of Hunter and Spectrum Northeast\, LLC\, a
 n indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications.\n\nA copy of the agreemen
 t is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the T
 own Clerk’s office\, Town Hall\, 5748 Rte. 23A\, Tannersville\, New York
 . At such public hearing\, all persons will be given an opportunity to be
