DESCRIPTION:The Town of Hunter Planning Board will hold a joint public hear
 ing with the Town of Jewett Planning Board  for Site Plan Review on the H
 unter Mtn Ski Trail Expansion on Wed. Jan. 17th at 7PM at the Town of Hunt
 er Town Hall\; 5748 Rte 23A Tannersville .  The snow date is scheduled fo
 r the following Wed. Jan. 24th at 7PM.  The parcels under review are: 163
 .00-3-19\, 163.00-2-18.1\, 163.00-3-2\,164.00-4-1\, and 163.00-3-7. The pr
 oposed project consists of the addition of intermediate ski terrain (5 tra
 ils) and a new lift with parking areas and access road.  The proposed wor
 k will disturb approximately 48 acres of land owned and operated by Peak R
 esorts\, Inc.  The project is located west of the existing Hunter Mountai
 n Ski trails.  Access will be from Route 23A and Deming Road.  All inter
 ested parties may offer comment at that time.
