 the Town of Hunter shall hold a public meeting at 6:30 pm\, on Friday\, Ma
 y 13\, 2016\, at the Mountain Top Library\, located at 6093 Route 23A\, Ta
 nnersville\, New York\, upon a proposed Local Law\, which will repeal Loca
 l Law #1 of the year 2016\, known as the Small Scale Mining Law of the Tow
 n of Hunter. At said place and time said Town Board shall receive comments
  from the public\, upon said proposed Local Law.\n\nPUBLIC NOTICE\n\n 	PLE
 ASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Hunter shall hold a pub
 lic meeting at 6:45 pm\, on Friday\, May 13\, 2016\, at the Mountain Top L
 ibrary\, located at 6093 Route 23A\, Tannersville\, New York\, upon a prop
 osed Local Law\, which will repeal Local Law #2 of the year 2016\, known a
 s the Timber Harvesting Law of the Town of Hunter. At said place and time 
 said Town Board shall receive comments from the public\, upon said propose

 of the Town of Hunter shall hold a public hearing at 7:00 pm\, on Friday\,
  May 13\, 2016\, at the Mountain Top Library\, located at 6093 Route 23A\,
  Tannersville\, New York\, upon a proposed Local Law\, which will repeal L
 ocal Law #4 and #5 of the year 1989\, known as the Regulating Construction
  and Demolition Waste Disposal Law of the Town of Hunter. At said place an
 d time said Town Board shall receive comments from the public\, upon said
