A Public Hearing is scheduled for 6:30 PM at the town of Hunter Offices to accept Public Comments regarding the proposed Catskill Mountain Cannabis, LLC cultivation and packaging facility located at 20 Farrell Road, Elka Park, tax parcel # 197.0-4-4. Comments may be presented at the meeting or in writing by email to mczermerys@townofhuntergov.com. If you are unable to attend the meeting in person a zoom link may be provided if requested by 2PM the day of the meeting by emailing the above address.
