The Town of Hunter Planning Board will be holding a Public Hearing on February 6, 2024 at 6:30PM at the Town of Hunter Offices for the Site Plan Review of parcel #167.17-2-5 located at 215 North Lake Rd in Haines Falls. The site plan is to allow continued use of the property for Short Term Rental for greater than 11 people as required by the Town of Hunter Site Plan Law.
