Public Informational Meeting Notice

The Greene County Highway Department has announced that a public informational meeting will be held to discuss the proposed rehabilitation of the Platte Clove Road Bridge over the Plattekill Creek, BIN 3201020 in the town of Hunter. The meeting will be held at the Hunter Town Hall, located at 5748 State Route 23A, Tannersville, NY 12485, on Tuesday, June 18th at 6pm. The Hunter Town Board will be in attendance.

The County in cooperation with the New York State Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration is developing a preliminary design for rehabilitation of the existing stone arch bridge located on Platte Clove Road, approximately 1 mile southeast of Prediger Road.

The purpose of this meeting is to obtain comments on the proposed project from individuals, groups, officials, and local agencies. This public informational meeting is part of the continuing efforts by the Greene County Highway Department, New York State Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration to encourage public input into the development of transportation projects.
