All Short Term Rentals within the Town of Hunter are required to be permitted to operate.

Applications are also available and may be filed in person at Town Hall in the Building Inspector’s office.

**Every property obtaining a permit is required to undergo a fire and safety inspection in addition to undergoing the application process.
